Memorize & Meditate: Colossians 1:10-12

At church Sunday evening, our pastor touched on this beautiful passage. These words from Paul’s prayer for the Colossians read almost like a poem. This week, I plan to make his words my own prayer, as I consider my family, friends, and so many of you.

God bless, and have a wonderful week!

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: – Colossians 1:10-12

  1. When I think about giving thanks to God, it makes all the trials and sufferings all the less impactful; as being in his presence, and giving glory to him, reminds us of our inheritance. What a wonderful scripture to place in the heart!
